This work utilises a flexible scoring approach, enabling the work to be performed by as few as seven players yet retaining the aesthetic and creative intention of the original full brass band version. The reduced scoring uses specific lines (or simplified lines in the case of divisi parts) from within the full version; these are indicated on the conductor’s score. A full set for septet is also provided as part of this purchase. For bands without a full complement of players, additional parts from the full-band version can be added to the reduced arrangement to accommodate the players / instrumentation that are available.
